You issue a purchase order to ABL Trading and ABL issues a matching order to your supplier on the same commercial terms. Your supplier relationship, pricing and specifications do not change.
ABL pays 100% of the supplier invoice on delivery. Suppliers routinely price cash better than terms, and that discount is yours to negotiate.
Your supplier delivers straight to your address. ABL never handles the goods, and you sign a delivery acceptance certificate confirming what arrived.
ABL invoices the goods at your agreed trading fee, payable net 30 to net 90, matched to your own sales cycle.
You sell and collect over the term. Where the structure allows it, ABL can invoice your end customer directly so the receivable sits outside your balance sheet.
On payment at maturity your limit is restored and the next order runs the same way.

One underwriting on your company, then a credit limit on each buyer, domestic or foreign, set before your first invoice.

Every invoice we buy carries approved credit insurance on your buyer. If that buyer fails to pay because it cannot pay, the loss is ours and the money stays yours.
Fraud and commercial disputes, such as undelivered or non-conforming goods, credit notes, returns and set-off, are charged back. Credit risk is ours; performance and validity stay yours.
Notification is a condition of the product. An unnotified operation is confidential factoring, a separate credit product to which the insurance behind this facility does not apply.
We will not purchase an invoice without notifying your buyer and receiving confirmation, domestic or export.
